By exploring traditional dress from various countries, children will learn about different styles and purposes of clothing but also develop an appreciation for cultural diversity. This approach fosters respect and curiosity about the world around them helping children to build a foundation of inclusivity and global awareness. The first worksheet covers numbers 1 to 5, the second covers numbers 6 to 10.Sheet 3 is a blank template that can be used in a variety of ways. Each worksheet includes black and white pictures of things you might see in winter, such as scarves, snowmen, reindeer, jackets and boots. Children count the objects and cut out the pictures. They can colour in the pictures. There are matching number cards for each winter picture. Children can write the corresponding number, trace the numeral, and then match these cards to the winter pictures on the worksheets. There are also cards displaying the names of the objects.
